The Fund for Promotion of Internet media, IT education, human
development "League Internet Media"
A concise description of and related activities of the League Internet
Media Foundation with a special focus on the book publishing in Russia.
1) International Journal of Open Information Technologies
(Network Journal) (ISSN 2307-8162). The Journal is included in the List
of peer reviewed scientific journals by the Higher Attestation
Commission in which major research results from the dissertations of
Candidates of Sciences (Ph.D) and Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) degrees are
to be published (Category K-1). The Journal is registered in the Federal
Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and
Mass Media (Roskomnadzor) (certificate Эл № ФС77-66448 14.07.2016).
Publication frequency: monthly. Homepage:

2411-1473). The Journal is included in the List of peer reviewed

Presented book is a guide for development of educational programs
to train highly qualified professional personnel in the discipline
"Cybersecurity", which is often analogous to "Information Security".
This kind of guidance in foreign sources is called the curriculum.
Curriculum standardization has been the methodological basis for the
development of the international computing education system for more
than half a century. As in other curricula, the main content of the
book is a description of the body of knowledge for the field of
cybersecurity, developed on the principles of the modern concept of
digital skills and the cybersecurity skills model described in the
authors' previous book "The Cybersecurity Digital Skills Model".
